At Sabine FCU, our members are most important. A natural disaster can be very stressful and Sabine FCU is committed to financially preparing you to weather the storm. Although our offices will close once a mandatory evacuation is ordered, there are still a variety of services that will be available. Always check our website and Facebook pages for daily updates about the reopening of the credit union. We will resume business hours when it is safe to do so.
Online Banking: Login at www.sabinefcu.org for access to your accounts 24/7.
TellerLine: This is our automated phone service. It allows you to make inquiries, transfer funds, and make loan payments.
Mobile Banking: You can access your accounts from any smartphone with our mobile app. It is available for iPhone and Android devices. (You must be registered with online banking to access your accounts through the mobile app and mobile website.)
Mobile Website: Sabine FCU's mobile website lets you access your accounts, even if you don't have a smartphone. Just visit our site at www.sabinefcu.org and login to your account to pay bills, transfer money or just check your balances.
Text Alerts: You can set up alerts from the credit union via text. You do not have to have a smartphone to set up text messaging and alerts. It's fast and easy!
Surcharge Free ATM Network: Surcharge free ATMs are available at all Sabine FCU locations and within the CU PASS network. For a complete listing, visit our ATM locations page. You can also search for ATMs on our mobile app and mobile website.
Shared Branching: Shared Branching allows our credit union members easy access to accounts at thousands of locations nationwide. At these locations, members can make deposits, withdrawals, transfer money, and make loan payments. Simply choose the participating credit union that is most convenient to your location. All you need is your account number, identification, and the name of our credit union. To find a participating Shared Branching location near you visit www.co-opcreditunions.org.
External Transfers: You can transfer money between your Sabine Federal Credit Union account and an account at another financial institution with external transfers. Simply login and access through the online bill pay site.
Popmoney: This is a personal payment service that eliminates the hassle of checks and cash. Now sending and receiving money is as easy as sending a text or email. You can access Popmoney through the online bill pay site.
Visa Debit Cards: At Sabine FCU, we offer instant issue Visa debit cards. Debit cards can be used anywhere you see the VISA logo and can be used at any ATM to withdraw cash. For added convenience, ask about our Overdraft Protection and Overdraft Privilege services to avoid any declined debits.
MasterCard: An evacuation can get costly and a having a credit card in case of emergencies is always a great idea. Our credit card has low fixed rates, no annual fee, a 25 day grace period and even allows you to get cash from ATMs worldwide. Plus, with our Platinum Rewards MasterCard, you can earn points for every dollar you spend, which can be used for cash back, gift cards, charitable donations and more!
Direct Deposit: Rather than receiving a paper check, most companies electronically deposit funds directly to a member’s accounts. Setting up direct deposit will ensure that your funds hit your account even if the credit union is closed. You will need our routing number: 313186938 and your account numbers.
