Our Story
Established to help our community thrive.DuPont SRW Employees Federal Credit Union was chartered in October of 1948 to serve the employees of the DuPont SRW plant in Orange, TX. In 2006, we changed our name to Sabine Federal Credit Union and became community chartered so that we could extend our products and services to persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in Orange County. In 2010, we continued to expand our field of membership to serve not only Orange, but Jefferson and Hardin counties. Now, we have proudly expanded even further and are serving Newton, Jasper and Tyler counties.
