IMPORTANT MEMBER INFORMATION:
TellerLine, Renaming Loan in Online Banking & Quickbooks

TellerLine

For members that use our automated phone service that is called TellerLine, listed below are a few important updates:

  • Please call 833-950-0468, as this will be the number for TellerLine.
  • When you call in – you will have an option to choose English or Spanish.
  • Following the prompts, you will type in your account number
  • Once you type in your account number, you will then be prompted to type in your PIN#.  *Your old PIN# prior to our system upgrade will no longer work.
    • The PIN# will be the LAST four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.
    • Once you type that number in, you will automatically be prompted to create a new four-digit PIN#.  This PIN# can be any combination of four numbers. You have the option to change it back to what your PIN# was prior, if you choose.
  • Once these steps are complete, you will be able to review balances, transactions, etc.

 

Renaming Loan Type in Online Banking

When you log into your online banking account, you will see that if you have a loan with Sabine FCU, it will appear different.  For example, you have a 2020 Ford Truck, it will now be listed as “Direct Use Auto or Indirect New Auto.” The account number or suffix will NOT change, just the name of the loan.

QUICKBOOKS within Online Banking

For those Sabine FCU members that use QUICKBOOKS within your online banking platform, please note that QUICKBOOKS will be temporarily down until August 9th.  If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to a Member Service Representative.
